I have over a decade’s experience building and shaping companies and communities through a variety of roles. I am community-driven, pragmatic, and won’t shy away from tackling the most difficult company issues. I believe in providing real, usable solutions for companies that desire to be people-centered. I am nimble, results-oriented, and believe that understanding an organization deeply helps build the best tools.
I’ve spent the better part of five years building and guiding people operations strategies and programs at a scaling startup. My core focus has been building a department from the ground up with a focus on sustainable growth and equitable practices. In that time, the company has grown from 10 people to 70 people, and has become an award-winning workplace culture.
